By accessing or using Michele's Race Log ("the app", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the app. These terms apply to all users of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll do our best to let you know. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Michele's Race Log is a personal running log that lets you record race results, track personal records, visualize race locations on a map, and set goals. It's a small indie app built for runners who want a simple, focused place to keep their race history.
The service is provided as-is, and we make no guarantees about uptime, availability, or any specific feature continuing to exist forever.
You need an account to use the app. When you sign up, you agree to:
Usernames are permanent and can't be changed after they're set. Choose carefully.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms, though we'll try to be reasonable about it.
The data you enter — race names, dates, times, locations, notes — belongs to you. We don't claim any ownership over your race data.
You can export your data as a CSV at any time from the Race Log tab. If you want your account and all associated data deleted, just email us at hello@michelesracelog.com and we'll take care of it promptly.

Honestly, this is just a running app — we expect everyone to behave sensibly.
Michele's Race Log is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We can't promise the app will always be available, error-free, or that your data will never be lost. We do our best to keep things running and backed up, but we're a small operation and can't make ironclad guarantees.
Use the CSV export feature regularly if your race data is important to you — it's always there in the Log tab.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Michele's Race Log and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service shall not exceed the amount you've paid us (which, since the app is free, is zero).
We may update these terms occasionally. We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. For significant changes, we'll try to notify you by email. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
